CableMirror

2026 · macOS · shipped

Plug in your iPhone, see it on your Mac. That's it.

CableMirror mirrors your iPhone or iPad screen directly to your Mac in real time. It's built for demos, streaming, content creation, or just having your phone on a bigger screen.

It shipped on the Mac App Store on January 19, 2026, and is still on version 1.0.

Features

  • Full-resolution mirroring of your iPhone or iPad screen on your Mac.
  • One-Cast window: a dedicated, resizable window that keeps the device's aspect ratio.
  • Recording with a single click, saved as video to Downloads.
  • Screenshots, saved or copied straight to the clipboard.
  • OBS integration through built-in Syphon support, for streaming to OBS, YouTube, or Twitch.
  • Audio passthrough, so the device's audio plays through your Mac's speakers.
  • Menu bar access to every connected device.

Each connected device shows up in the sidebar, so you can switch between an iPhone and an iPad in the same window.
